Intensively chocolaty and sweet with notes of nutella, baileys & cherry.
This nano-lot immediately stood out on our cupping table, with an intense combination of nuts, chocolate and rich sweetness. It is the result of careful cherry selection and innovative processing by producer Juan Darío Gómez at Finca Buena Vista.
Fully ripe cherries are first fermented in bags for 36 hours before being mechanically pulped and transferred to a tank for a second 36-hour dry fermentation with oxygen exposure. The coffee is then rinsed twice and dried slowly for around 15 days, allowing the flavours to develop with clarity and stability. The result is a rich, indulgent cup with a distinctive Nutella-like sweetness, creamy liqueur character and juicy cherry finish.
Presented in a 150g reusable (thanks to its cap), fully recyclable food-grade can.
1 kg size: delivered in a resealable coffee bag.
