Here, smallholder farmers, many of whom grow coffee without access to artificial fertilisers or pesticides, bring their handpicked cherries for careful processing. This lot is a great example of Sidama’s potential: elegantly sweet and balanced, it showcases notes of stone fruit, with a gentle, tangy acidity that adds a refreshing brightness.
