This elegant coffee is beautifully balanced, showcasing the classic floral and stone fruit characteristics that define exceptional Yirgacheffes. We’ve given it a light roast to preserve and highlight these delicate flavours. The Shale station brings together around 1,500 smallholder farmers who hand-pick and deliver their cherries throughout the harvest season. Farmers in this region typically don’t have access to fertilisers or pesticides, so the coee grows naturally before being washed and dried on raised beds — producing a clean, vibrant cup that captures the distinctive character of Yirgacheffe coffee.
