“Ubérrimo” means abundant in Spanish, a fitting name for this farm, known for its rich soils, thriving crops, and the remarkable coffees it produces. Grown at high elevation and nurtured in this fertile land, the Gesha varietal in this exeptional lot delivers an abundance of flavour, with delicate floral notes that linger long after the last sip. Beyond the farm, Francy is a force for good in her community. She plays a key role in promoting education in her local area, teaching other farmers how to scale their coffee production while also protecting the environment.
