We're delighted to bring you our first Mexican coffee, and it's a truly delicious one! This beauty comes from Finca Don Rafa, located near the border with Guatemala, where coffee is grown without the use of artificial fertilisers or herbicides. In the cup it has a bright and juicy acidity, with pronounced fruit notes (thanks to the anaerobic-natural processing) that alter and morph into more deliciousness as the coffee cools. A hint of ice cream leaves you wanting more.
