Floral and sweet, with notes of elderflowers, toffee, citrus.

Intensely floral and beautifully sweet, with notes of elderflower, jasmine and toffee, balanced by tangy citrus acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. The coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in the famous Yirgacheffe district, who deliver their cherries to the Banko Gotiti washing station. Most farmers work without access to fertilisers or pesticides, relying instead on traditional farming practices to produce exceptional coffee.
