Grown high in the Andes, this certified organic coee is bursting with a vibrant energy, just like the Espresso del Sur train which speeds through the same mountain range. Expect juicy fruit notes, pronounced sweetness and crisp acidity, leading to a rich butterscotch finish. This is our first coee from Bolivia and our first Direct Trade relationship with thecountry. The coee comes from smallholder farmers who are members of Asocafé, a local cooperative supporting growers with agronomy and coee-processing expertise while helping them achieve high standards and fair prices. A lively, sweet and beautifully balanced coee with plenty of character.
