We are excited to bring you this beautifully clean and deliciously sweet coffee from eastern DR Congo. For us, the flavour profile of coffee from this area is truly unique, thanks to the rich volcanic soils and local biodiversity. The small-scale farmers that make up the Amka co-op have grown and processed their harvest without using chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and they work under very difficult conditions due to an ongoing conflict. A further reason to enjoy this excellent coffee and support them.
