Carrow Coffee Roasters is a small and expanding business that is committed to exceptional coffee. We roast a range of ‘single-origin specialty coffees’, meaning 100% Arabica beans of the highest quality that come from a single farm or small area. Our coffees vary from season to season and are carefully sourced from small-scale producers in Africa and Latin America. As well as this direct link, we hunt out coffees that have been grown without artificial fertilizers and pesticides whenever possible. We favour a light-to-medium roast that allows a bean’s intrinsic flavour to shine through. Our roastery is located on a family farm in Beltra, Co. Sligo.
We are looking for a part-time roastery assistant to help us during the busy months leading up to Christmas (November and part of December).
This is an ideal job for someone who is passionate about coffee and an opportunity to gain an insight into the coffee roasting business. If this sounds like you please send your CV and a motivation letter to andrew@carrow.ie by Wednesday, 23rd of October 2024.
For more information or if you have any questions feel free to email the same address.
