Join us for a festive coffee cupping event @ GRAFT Coffee shop in Kill Of The Grange, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 KC04, on Saturday November 25th from 11am-1pm.
This is a free event but an RSVP by direct message (on instagram to us or Graft) would help us to get an idea of numbers.
We will hold two cupping sessions, the first starting at 11am and the second at 12pm.
This is a great opportunity to explore and compare our range of specialty coffees, each with a distinct taste profile.
Andrew is Carrowโs head roaster and a qualified Q Grader. He will explain the role of sensory analysis in coffee - essentially how we can perceive and name different flavours found in the cup and why it's worth doing. We'll then move to the cupping table, featuring our latest coffees. Andrew will discuss the protocol behind cupping, why it's good to 'slurp' and how factors including origin, altitude and process can impact a coffee's flavour.
