We are excited to share this coffee from Huehuetenango in western Guatemala with you! Victor, Carlos, Juan and José allowed their coffee cherries to mature to an extra-ripe stage when the fruit is deep crimson in colour and packed full of sugar. They harvested their coffees around March 2019 and combined them to create this unique lot that has loads of ripe fruit flavours. You can also expect notes of dark chocolate, a sweet creamy body and pleasant acidity in the cup. Roasted for filter.
