This coffee has been selected to display the unique microclimate found in the Chingama valley in northern Peru where high elevation and fertile soils create ideal coffee growing conditions for the smallholder farmers that live there. We think the beans in this lot produce a deliciously sweet and clean cup. Expect notes of brown sugar and ripe plums, with a mild grape-like acidity and smooth mouthfeel.
